Front Bumper for the Mahotkins

Pastor Ruslan and his wife, Olya, faithfully serve as SOAR missionaries in Chaplygin, Russia. Driving and hosting are two important aspects of their ministry. The bumper on their minivan which is used daily in their ministry is being held on by wire and it needs replaced. SOAR would love to bless the Mahotkins with this bumper repair.
