Baskets of Hope - Basket with Bible

Easter is the most significant religious holiday in Russia. This special season provides a unique opportunity to share the message of Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection with an amazingly receptive audience. During the Easter season, SOAR delivers hundreds of gift-filled Baskets (i.e. tote bags, backpacks, etc.) and Bibles to at-risk children throughout Russia and Abkhazia. You can be a part too! It only takes $40 to fill a basket with hygiene items, snacks, toys, and other gifts for a needy child. Best of all, each child also receives a children's Bible in their own language. We would also encourage you to write a letter to the child that will receive your basket!
